Okay, wow. This is the juiciest one by far. The salt on top. Oh, it's fatty as well. In a good way. Not in like a gross way. Look, this is a thin steak. It's probably on the medium side. But then look, if it was a little bit underdone, I would have been like, that's rare. Send it back. That is the best steak we've had so far."

"Okay, there's actually nothing bad about the place apart from these two sauces. Oh yeah, enjoy my steak. Mmm. It's good. It's good. To summarise Flatiron, it's definitely the best so far. And if we gave the first place a 4.3, this is definitely a 4.6. And I think everyone's in agreement with that. This is the best value spot by far."
