Quotes

"The service is excellent everywhere. Every team member is highly professional and well prepared."
"This is Spanish hospitality at its very best."
"(Monkfish) I am dipping and smiling. This is comfort and super sophisticated food at the same time. And I love it very much. Great ingredients, fantastic flavors"
"(Chinese Arrabbiata) It is beautiful. So beautiful. I would travel here just for this. I mean it."
"Honestly, this restaurant doesn't give you the classic, quiet, intimate Michelin star experience. And that completely fits Davinci's philosophy. It's louder, more dynamic, fresher."

Our Reflection

Three-time world's best chef serving cold carbonara that'll make Italians mount crusades—Muñoz blending Korean fried chicken with guanciale/pecorino/Thai basil/gochugaru because apparently nobody told him fusion has limits. Chinese arrabbiata so beautiful the reviewer would travel solo just for it, steamed-fried-grilled margherita challenging proper Sicilian pizza, monkfish requiring hands for comfort-meets-sophisticated dipping and smiling. Louder and more dynamic than classic Michelin intimacy (completely fits philosophy), Spanish hospitality at very best, bill mysteriously taken care of again. Spider crab good but underwhelming, 8-minute elevator imprisonment, mushroom éclair working crazy well despite sounding insane. €165 buying glimpse into mind that decided pasta needed Asia revolution.
